Retreats and Workshops are a wonderful way to deepen or introduce a Yoga Practice. Workshops dive into a particular aspect of Yoga or pose. Retreats are an opportunity to wrap a holiday around it and create a personal practice with a deeper understanding of what it means to practice daily.

3 Day Yoga, Mindfulness and Nidra Retreat, East Sussex

Please join me and my dear friend and Yoga Teacher Flavia Cerrone for 3 days of soulful Yoga, Mindfulness and Nidra. The retreat is set within the beautiful South Downs National Park, at Tilton House in East Sussex.

The winter is seldom welcomed with positive anticipation and yet this time of the year we are invited indoors which can be a magical way to turn inwards and 'hibernate'. However our life style doesn't allow much hibernation. so we won't be hibernating on this retreat but we will slow down and explore ways to integrate winter fluidly into our life.

Nature has been doing it for millennia gracefully. In Autumn everything slows down, moving inwards and shifting into Winter. If we were seeds we would just lay dormant beneath the Earth' s surface. Soaking the goodness and waiting for the end of the Winter to germinate with the vital force of plant breaking through to Spring. For us humans we want to be away from the cold, seeking the warmth of the indoors and the indoors activities. 

As the days are getting colder, darker and shorter, we will be exploring turning inwards through a deeply nourishing Yoga Asana practice and celebrating with Yoga Nidra.

In the evenings we will invite a slow unwinding and restorative practice. After dinner we will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra to cultivate a deep nourishing sleep. 

We start the day early with a refreshing Yoga Nidra and after breakfast we will move our bodies through a more energising active flow.

Group size: Spaces are limited to 10 participants.

Shared rooms: Shared same-sex room with two twin beds OR one double bed for couples.
£345 per person for shared (twin bed).

Single rooms (limited availability):
£395 per person.

Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with this booking form to secure your place.  Balance is due by October 28th, 2018. If booking after October 28th, payment in full will be required upon booking.

Payment can be made by check, credit card or bank transfer.

Please note: Rooms are available on a first come basis. Please indicate your room preference using the form below and we will do our best to meet your request.

Cost includes all yoga practices, meals and accommodation. Transportation NOT included.
