Yoga is a journey of self discovery, self acceptance and ultimately self love. It starts with awareness and often with resistance in the mind and in the body. The more we practice, resistance softens, patience and curiosity brings self acceptance. We learn to find space and depth in our practice, listening to the breath, feeling the body deeply from the inside. Self love and peace are majestic gifts to ourselves.
