I live and teach Yoga in London. What I teach and also love to practice is a Slow and Strong Vinyasa Flow. I want for my students to get enough space to Breathe during and in between Poses. Feeling the Poses from the inside is such an exquisite sensation which made me fall in love with Yoga. Often in the everyday life rushing around trying to manage our lives we just don't get the chance to be quiet and present to what we are doing. So I offer a space to breathe and slow down, work strongly and focused in a quiet environment. I do not play music and I lend a playful and fun sense of inclusiveness for everyone.
